What do warcry 1 skilltapes do?

and what range does warcry have?

Retired Bounty hunter since the dizzy-burstrun nerf. not beeing able to keep my mark at distance ******

I would asume warcry skilltapes would increase the chances of sticking warcry, wich realy isnt needed since it sticks rather easy and you can get BE clothing with warcry mods.

As for the range i believe its between 20-30 meters somewhere.
