Brawler Archive

I was thinking about making a hardcore Master TKA. However, to make him as good as possible, i was also going to pick up Master Brawler, because it adds +defensive bonuses, which i assume stack with whatever +defensive bonuses the TKA skill tree has. I was also then going to pick up the defensive line from the 3 other brawler advanced professions (its the third skill set in fencer, swordsman, and pikeman) because those three lines have even more +melee defense, +dizzy/stun/blind/knockdown etc etc.

So i guess im wondering, do all of the +defense bonuses in teh various brawler trees stack between the professions, and also, is there a hard cap to how high the bonuses are effective at? Like, does it stop you at +100 melee defense, or could you go even higher after getting said skills?

There is speculation that melee defense has a soft cap of 50... ranged defense may have this same cap. I dunno about d. vs. knockdown and those skills similar to that.
