Thread: what armor would you use as a brawler??

i'm trying to finish the UA tree to get to smuggler. i'm finding UA significantly harder than pistol to move up. i'm fightiing with no armor. is there something i should be wearing that has a good ratio of HAM cost to damage reduction??

As a Wookie, I 'm wearing only a player-made bandolier. It has +6 intimidation and +5 warcry. I would like to wear some of those nice robes, but not sure if they would slow me down. Are clothes ok to wear?
