i bought a two-handed sword that is not certified... it says it has a 37% wound but when i use it, it definitely does not...hmmm. i am not a level II two handed yet. is that the prob? i'm a little confused on the difference between certified and not certified. is that in reference to me or the weapon? and what is the difference... oh and how do i become certed if it is in fact in reference to me? plz help. i'm trying to figure out if i got gaffled on the weapon.

Don't use a weapon unless you're certified for it.

I think at novice brawler and Two-Handed 1, you should be using some sort of axe (I forget what kind, it should say so in your skills menu).

If you're not certified, your damage is drastically reduced. The weapon speed is applicable to your attack, but the damage is so insignificant that it is worthless for you to use one. (This is not true in terms of Vibroknucklers, but since you're not going unarmed, I won't go into details).

To become certified, get enough experience to train in the box that contains the certification.

If you are not certified with the curved sword just use beserk. You should be hitting for about 200 damage.
