Hullo!

I'm a Mon Cal in the Kettemoor Galaxy named Ockowo Adacki. For 5 months, I have roamed the galaxy picking up some skills but mostly just enjoying my self. Now I have created a plan for myself:

Master Artisan - Check!

Tailor - 4/4/0/4

Marksman - 4/0/0/0

Brawler - 0/0/4/0

Swordsman - 0/0/4/0

Rifleman 4/0/0/0

I worked up the skill points and Im pretty sure I can learn all of this. Now here lies my question:

I am working on Brawler now, and it extremely Tough for a Mon Cal. I have a Heavy Axe6.5 26-78 or something and it is soo slow. Also, I die a lot.

I was wondering if you guys had any tips for a Mon Cal who yearns to be a swordsman and stratagies for weapons and stat migration for me?

Great thanks from Ockowo Adacki (DMA)

Your axe blows. You should be able to get an axe that at least is 5.0 speed and max damge around 150.

Heavy axe is in Engineering 4. Make your own and experiment it down to the best you can make.

Then move up weapons as you are qualified for them. Your bread and butter will be thetwo handed curved sword available at two handed two I believe.

Next if you are brawling you need medic. I don't see any way around this really. Unless you are buffed all the time, or are travelling with a medic, you simply take too much damage to not have it.

At the lower levels get some doesn't ubese and swing away.

Land an intimidate and hit berserk. Whack! Whack! Whack!

Good Luck

/agreewith above

Def stop dabbling! Your axe blows too, indeed. master wep smiths can get those htings down to at least 4.5 speed!!

Something about dabbling, it's not good. The only proff thats decent for dabbling is by far pistols 4, don't get rifle 4. the rule is with rifle usually: Either master it or dont, just like ch.

im a mon cal myself, and im a mster doctor. I just started out on swordsman myself, and after i make my new batch of buffs, i think i could hit 2h lvl 3 in no time. buffs are your best friend in this game.

It seems your doing tailor. Pick either rifleman or swordsman, then drop the other. dabbling in this game makes life VERY hard. trust me, i've done it myself. it ruined my beginning experience

Having checked your skill points you can get the following Skills with the 250 points

Master Artisan

Taylor 4 4 0 4

Brawler 0 0 4 0

Swordsman 0 0 4 0

Marksman 4 0 0 0

Rifleman 4 0 0 0

Medic 2 1 0 2

This last profession will give you all the medic info you really need to heal yourself, with the Stimpack A and B, but if you are going for an all round profession I would get some scout, to enable you to create camps to heal yourself whilst out and about.

I would change your artisan skill to

Artisan 4 4 0 4

and add

Scout 1 0 0 1

This will leave you with one Skill Point left.

Just an idea.

Lol I knew I was not alone. I am a Master Politician and working my way up swordsman tree now. Being the Mayor of my city I get the title “Warmaster”that use to be a running joke until I picked up 2-hand, I can kick a lot of backside now with the right armor, buffs, and drugs it surprises a lot of people for sure, I use to have some pistols, swordsman is so much more fun and better then that.

Your mind is your friend Mon Cal brethren, I set HAM to back that up and I am based on the with Buffs/Drugs (considering I am in a large clan and get buffs when I need them) in mind (no pun intended). So far this has worked for me. If your in the boat where you are going natural, well get the best armor you can buy concentrate on mind, action health (in that order).
