The difference is 10 seconds. I haven't noticed it hitting any more often then Warcry 1.

Once u get master brawler u get bonuses to warcy, not sure but i think around plus 20 bonus to warcy which helps connect alot more, if u do decide to get master brawler i would talk to a tailor to make u special warcy and intim mod clothes which help a ton, in my history with these clothes with master brawler i hardly missed.

I believe warcry2 doesn't land as often as warcry1 assuming the same warcry mod, but heck with some bio-e clothes you can pretty well be guaranteed to land warcry2 within 2 or 3 tries each time, you can just spam it until it works.

Warcry2 will be the deciding factor in PvP... whereas warcry1 or panic shot is and annoyance. now that defensive stacking is going out, Many PvPer's are taking master brawler for warcry2 and combining it with TKA for the new "god template" on the block. I think all delays should be cut in half, even panic shot. they are just too cheap.... they are the new blight on PvP.

Well, please consider the fact that there are 3 other brawler elite professions that are not TKM. Whenever, I get the 20 second delay, I actually havea chance of winning. I have mastered Swordsman and Pikeman. The accuracy is horrible, and I need a slight edge which is found in a 20 second delay that works only 1/3 of the time.
