As a novice brawler you need to find a good or average Dagger, with it you'll level to 1 handed 2. From here take a Gaderiffi Staff, those are very good Fencer weapons. Have a slice on it and you'll be able to level to 1 handed 4 pretty quick.

I just started on my way to fencer as a novice brawler going up the 1-hand sword tree, Can anyone reccomend a weapon to use? I totally have no clue which weapon would be good to use as a novice.
