Well, the primary problem you're going to face with this is that most defense/offense mods DON'T stack... they only work when you're equipped with a particular weapon from that line. Some exceptions:

1. Warcry/Intimidate

2. Pistoleer and Fencer Dodge MAY still stack... haven't checked since Patch 6...

3. TKA Force of Will, Meditation, and Powerboost. In my opinion, one of the BEST group of abilities you can have. You can use any of these with any weapon equipped, which REALLY gives another reason to add TKA to your character template...

Go up the def tree of swordsman, pikeman, and fencer, and TKA combat tree. You wont get hit, ever. You'll dodge, counterattack or block every hit. It's fun.

Skill mods no longer stack, pistoleer / fencer dodge neither. If you are Pistoleer / Fencer, you will use the dodge skill mods from Fencer while holding a 1handed Weapon, and the dodge skill mod from Pistoleer whil holding a pistol. That is exactly the same for all professions now.

I'd say that Dodge is a bit more useful than Counterattack and Block, because while dodging you don't take ANY damages.
