Im currently unarmed 3 almost unarmed 4. Working my way through brawler into TKA. I have a master tailor that will make whatever I want. All he asks is that I do the research and send him the plans and he will do it for cost. What would be the best way for me to go and where would I find a site with the tailoring recipes. Also, is there any type of weapon that a unarmed skiller can use? Ty.

You could try swgcraft.com for tailor items, although they dont always have pictures, and a tailors color palette for most things is fairly expansive (as in large).
You could concieveably use a VibroKnuckler uncertified for the speed increase (and damage decrease), but if you've gone this far and haven't felt like it's taking forever, you're probably wasting your time (especially because fast VKs could cost you 15k at the outset).
Unarmed is primarily just that though, UN-armed. Unless you're a TKA, then you have a pseudo-option.

a vibroknuckler is almost NEEDED for the grind to TKN....the speed increase is huge, there is little/no damage increase but it does not hurt damage. you can also use melee power ups for speed/damage on the vk(not sure if damage works without the cert) to make it go by quicker. 15k for 1 VK? i guess it varies from server to server but one of the top WS on ahazi sells them for 8k and power ups are very cheap.....

as for clothes....get whatever you like... check out http://www.sheylara.com/for pics of all the clothes(or almost all, dont think the new chef stuff is there). I personally wear a black/red decorative vest with black/red wrapped skirt and sandals...but thats just me

Try a Belted Vest, together with a same-colored Shirt and Leggins..

as for clothes you can try looking at this thread from the TKA forum and see what others are wearing.

you can look at swg.warcry.com undet the tailor to see what each piece of clothing looks like.
Generally most TKAs wear the Decorative Vest/Wrapped Skirt combo or a Doctors dress, usually in black and red.
but don't be afraid to look differant, i mostly wear an all-white doctors dress, because i'm leveling doctor and my doctors dress adds to my healing ability.
when i'm fighting i wear Tusken boots, Camo pants (Urban color) Tantel brestplate over a cream colored formfitting undershirt and a tantel helmet and Tusken gloves. all which add to my melee defence, it doesn't look that good, but it is very effective.
