With all the talk of Master Brawler being worthless because of the Warcry nerf i'm wondering what, exactly, the master brawler intimidate has to offer.

In the world of SWG today, with heavy defence stackers (ranged and melee, which AREN'T being capped) the ability to severely cut the enemies defences (particularly their ranged/melee and dizzy/KD defences) strike me as being valuable.

intimidate is a invaluable tool, it cuts damage in half, as well as stopping them from blocking/dodgeing/counterattacking. and if you have a skill that stuns (weither it be unarmed stun, or polearm stun, or a ranged ability that does that) it will weaken their melee/ranged/ect defenses.

i knowthat when iusea long vibro lance with -54 range mods you can hit things without much problem if they are stunned, and intimidated.

ah, the joys of picking up skills from the various melee to complement my master swordsman skills

Oh, so it cuts damage? I heard from a friend it cut defences.

Hmmm...

You say it cuts it by HALF? Wow.. that's pretty damn good. How long does intimidate 2 last? And how hard is it to get it to stick?
