Hi all,

I'm pondering about gettingMaster Brawler - and I'm wondering what I can do with these "enhanced" abilities in PVP, as an add-on to my (planned) TKA.

Okay, there's Lunge 2 that can act as a long-distance-KD.

There is Warcry 2 that gives you the opportunity to heal - but it vanishes when you re-attack.

COB, Int2 --> I guess those are more for the PVE-players.

You got some defense mods - but none are very impressive.

So....it looks like it's no big deal for PVP-players. ButI'd like to know the opinion of the experts. Any usefull PVP-strategies for Master Brawlers?

Thanks!

Two words - lunge 2. It lets you hit a kiter at 20 meters and has a knockdown component.

If that alone isn't worth it, then intimidate 2 is nicesince it lowers damage against you by 50%and you might or might not use warcry 2.

So in my opinion M Brawler added to elite brawler rocks!

Well CoB and INT2 are two things i wouldn't dare pvp without... CoB means you'll be dodging/countering/blocking so much more, and int2 halves their damage and a host of other benefits (see my thread on this page titled "Extensive Intimidate Testing")

Hey Gava, does Intimidate 2 and synthsteak stack for damage reduction in your experience? If so, I'd imagine Intimidate 1 stacks too eh?

If you can dizzy your target (Dizzyhit1 from 1H or any Dizzy move from one of the elite professions), you can use Lunge2 to achieve a true KD + Dizzy rather than having to rely on a hope that you can posture change (Lunge1 or one of the other posture change moves)to achieve a passive KD + Dizzy,

COB is very important in both PvE and PvP. It makes your secondary defenses (Dodge/Counterattack/Block) much more effective. Master Brawler adds to the length and effectiveness of your COB.
