I just learned one handed level 4. Now how do i get apprentice exp? I assume that I go around and teach people, but who doI teach and how do I find them? I don't wanna walk around looking for someone to teach. Tell me what to do.

You can teach anyone anything they qualify for, assuming you have that skill already. For instance, you can teach the entire One-Handed line in Brawler to others. The amount of experience you earn is the Skill Point cost x 10, per skill taught. Typically you will find people asking for training, and the best way to find someone is to either search them out, or wear a profession title that people can easily identify so they come to you for training.

Skillpoint cost for knowing how to comprehend/speak a language is 0, so no.
