Hi there!
Why is there not so many Polearm's Warriors out there?
Dose Polearm sux that much?
I must say that I like to play it. Its just hard to find someone to tech me and to find some good guns.

The reason there are not to many pikeman out there is the profession is difficult and even more difficult to use in pvp. It dosent have very good damage types if i remeber i think only electricity and kinetic.

Actually I see more and more Pikeman every day. Pikeman has the benifit of a way to get a steady stream of looted weapons (dot and high damage) and some nice area specials. Personally I like pikeman. The problems with pikeman that I see, are the Block (pikeman's defense) does not work as effective as Counterattack (swordsman defense) and the Vibro Lance is ap1 where the Powerhammer that does blast (alot of high end mobs have heavy armor and low blast resists) has ap2. (ap= Armor Piercing)
But in kentic damage, a pikeman and a swordsman can stand toe to toe to each other.

On my server at least, it seems Pikeman is the FOTM. They are everywhere now. Everyone is going pike becasue of the reasom just mentioned: DoTs, DoTs, DoTs. I like pikeman actually. It is fun.

I tried polearms, i couldnt stand the slow speed and slow damage, it just doesnt pull it off when most everyone has 80% kinetic armor...and are buffed so nothing gets thru...ever
