What is the cap for these specials?
And are we able to do these specials by wearing a BE cloth? I mean can we make it as the same as master brawler's int. and warcry?

+25 is what it stacks at in clothing, it does not increase the duration or strength of intim, or warcry just how much or a percent it will have to stick, for example with +25 intim/warcry clothing And master brawler I never miss when I hit intim2 it always sticks for me 99% of the time the first try

So it doesn't same with intim2 or warcry2.Intim1 or warcry1 with BE clothes(+25 for example) just increase the chance of not missing.It doesn't become as strong as or as long as int2 and warcry2.Did i get right?

correct. The BE clothes are usefull for both int 1 and 2 (same with warcry) just for the fact that it increases your chances of sucess.
