as far as i know str effects the cost of your moves... thats it. some people seem to insist that it actually effects damage though, can anyone confirm or denyt his? i dont see it as being true, because if it was then what would quickness and focus effect

From what I've noticed it seems to effect damage for my brawler, in the cases of all melee. It doesn't effect carrying capacity, I'm not sure if it was intended too or not yet, but I do about consistently 45-120 more dmg when im not wearing any armor, bringing my strength to an 800, as a trandoshan with a 2handed axe 62-105, and Heavy axe 32-160, I can dish out the pain by 200 points of extra damage with beserk and no clothes on, with full armor I have a str score of 684 and even with beserk I only do 80% of the dmg I was before. With the sword I've noticed its not so much of a difference, I don't like the puny damage output, but the skill tree rocks.

Strength determines how much a special move will cost in your health pool.

Quickness and Focus do the same thing in their respective pools.
