Is there a keymap to more of an easing back instead of the "turn around" then "turn back around" monstrosity?
I have been using /follow, but sometimes I just want to ease back a step. You know, in real life, people can backpedal, you don't HAVE to turn around.
Any help here?

Visually, no. However you still attack even with your back toward your opponent.
