Hi All,

From things I've read from a long time ago, War Cry is an extremely useful skill. What's it like these days?

Does it still slow your opponent down considerably depending on your weapon speed?

Any Insight would be greatly appreciated.

It works fine...delaying everyone in front of you for 10 seconds. It has pretty high HAM costs though. War Cry 2 does it for 20 seconds.

From what I've read, War Cry didn't work until the September patch....so many people tried it, realized it didnt work and never came back.

Warcry 1 costs me around 120 HAM per use and it works less than half the time for me. It sounds good in theory but needs to work more often to be useful.

I should clarify my statment above. I think warcry is very useful when fighting with groups. When it is 1 on 1 it seems less useful.

Just get some BE clothing, shirts and pants for a 17-18 point bonus to warcry(and intimidate)each. That's +34-36, which is more than what master brawler gets. And if you ARE a master brawler, you're going to get even better bonuses. Although can any master brawlers who use BE clothes confirm this? Almost there.. but the unarmed IV is too boring..

those days are long gone, max a BE can make now are +14 per clothing, so the best you can get extra is +28, anything with the stats you listed will never be made again (as they were nerfed) and if you have some I suggest you keep it.

Oh yeah I have a bandolier with +13/+13 on intimwarcry as well as a shirt, the extra +26 over +20 (for those of you who cant count thats +46) works nicely, 1-3 trys for a success, but the ham costs seem to avalanche, and trying it a second time rarely works.

Obviously the BE's on your server stink. I just recently had some clothing made with +17/17

Obviously he's wrong, seeing as how the numbers I see everyday on my clothes are +17.

+18 for wound treatment.

I'll even take a screenshot, don't know how to prove the date on which they were made though. But they were made just before the weekend.
