Thread: Noob question: Swordsman or TKA Taste Test

I got some rifleman skill but I want/need close combat ability. I'm a novice brawler and I'm about to set a path to etheir TKA or Swordsman.

Any thoughts on to which one is better?

Are you going to keep your rifle skills as well. Rifle and sword both work on the mind pool, and therefore work well together. Although you CAN target any pool with TKA, if you get high enough.

yeah I'm planning on keeping my rifleman skills. Thanks for the info, I didnt know about that.

You should think about powerboost. Unless it's on the nerfing block powerboost will kick your mind up 50%. That may be a bug so don't count on it.
