Thread: Ideas for Unarmed 1-4 Weapons..
Few thoughts I had for weapons that could be added for Unarmed 1-4
Stun Gauntlets
Stun Damage, AP0
45-134, 1.7, Medium/Low HAM
ElectroKnuckles
Electricity Damage, AP0
30-80, 2.0 Speed, Medium HAM
Knuckleduster
Kinetic Damage, AP1
50-150, 4.7 Speed, High HAM
Steel Ringed Gloves
Kinetic Damage, AP0
25-75, 2.3 Speed, Very Low HAM
Thoughts?
Sounds like a good idea to me, working up to novice TKA now. I would probably make a couple mods tho', like lowering the damage on the stun gauntlets reason being is that most things are vulnerable to stun damage already. I'd think that certs on them would be pretty cool, give us something to look forward to going thru the unarmed tree. something like-
Unarmed I - dusters
unarmed II - steel
Unarmed III - electro's
Unarmed IV - stun
since few creatures have stun resists, at least from what i've seen and remember, i'd save those for last. As far as i know, the only other weapon that produces stun damage is the ion rifle. To the best of knowledge there is no armour (PVP purposes) that has stun protection. Overall i think its a good idea...but hey..what do i know, hehe ![]()
Woohoo, Make unarmed a viable part of Brawling other than a roadblock to TKA.

The TKA skill isn't defined by the fact that you don't use a weapon.
I'd personally like to see simple kinetic/AP0 50-100dmg "metal knuckles" at tier 2 or 3, and I'd like to see some stun/AP0 75-125 "stun gauntlets" at tier 4.
Beyond that TKA weapons would be interesting. Sais, Kali/Escrima, Nunchaku, and Tonfa battons would all look great with the TKA animations.
How about the ability to use an instrument as a weapon?
Sure it'd lose condition like mad when you hit people but it would be great for roleplaying.
