Do the bonuses to Dodge from the Fencer profession stack with the bonuses of Dodge from the Pistoleer profession?

They should...there's not really a good way to test it since the mod is so ineffectual right now.

Yes. Dodge is Dodge. If any skill is simply named as such, it stacks with all others named as such. If it is named Polearm Dodge, or the like, that only stacks with Polearm Dodge. (Contrived example for the sake of explanation.)
