Second at this point you should be able to fight Young Narglatch and they will be white dot enemies. With the lair included you should be able to score about 1600 - 1800 xp per mission. You'll make 600 credits ruffly and get 10 units per animal of Carnivore meat with an overall quality of 638.

I recommend if you're on the Lowca I recommend going to the Fort Goon and use their mission terminal. Its much faster than running back to theed. I was able to get about 55,000 XP in two days worth of work. Figure around 10K xp an hour.

If I am not mistaken very much, GOON is a PA on the Lowca server. And as a result fort GOON must be their base.

Yes you are correct, It is a PA hall . It was just a suggestion as a starting place, anywhere you can find mission terminals will work.

Resources on animals change (amount and quality) just like any other resource. FYI.

Also, at what speed does a person benefit from a VK? I just bought one with 2.7.

Your delay is 3 seconds unarmed, so if you use a VK with 1.5 speed. your delay goes down to 1.5, and don't forget to use beserk. Don't use any specials with VK or else you will kill your self.
