Thread: Can anyone help me with Brawler XP
Definately! I took the advice of the Vibro Knucklers, and I am attacking MUCH faster! About the same damage (if not less), but I am doing more damage over time. Just get out to dantooine and kill huurtons or something.
unarmed I-III was easy to me..
unarmed IV on the other hand..hitting mobs around towns was taking forever..that and doing my arch business.
One week total trying to get some decent groove into unarmed IV a friend suggested we hit LOK.
I had just been fully buffed including mind buffed.
The MD hit me for 4k health, and all others were well over 3k except constitution, didn't get above 2k.
I just got a new set of 90% composite, which I might add is well worth it's weight..
hit LOK took some missions, cloned and insured..headed out..
My friend had his grawl out, and I had my cowardly gurreck, which was just on guard..
didn't need it..
If I did it right, I could use my krayt fwg5 for healthshot1/2 stacked, and quickly switch gun off, then stun/blind/intimidate followed by beserk.
I was easily getting 2k per mob, my friend just stood back and laughed..
We didn't even play a full hour, and I got well over 40k of XP just running around killing mobs, we didn't complete the missions. If the server hadn't reset, I would have easily of finished off Unarmed IV in under two hours.
One bad thing to note, one of the mobs gave me a disease, and my wounds and bf are building up pretty haneously from it..
Working up unarmed is one of the more tedious tasks in the game. If you're going for tka novice you haven't seen anything yet. The jump from unarmed 4 to tka novice is quite a hurdle. Best way to do it is to group with like-minded teras kasi veterans and do missions with them. Let them tank and then ask them to let you kill the lairs when they're clear.
There are other tricks you can use with additional professions in your template. But I had fun toughing it out to novice with just unarmed skill and nothing else. It really feels like an accomplishment when you get there AND you learn alot about unarmed fighting.
