I'll hit my hotkey and half the time it wont work. I'm not chain casting it so to speak. I wouldnt have used it for a bit, then I'll hit the hotkey and nothing happens. I have to spam it to get it to work.

Am i doing something wrong? I am sure then I had depressed the hotkey fully each time.

If you look in the combat window, it'll say something like "you try to go berserk but you're too calm." Usually it works the 2nd or 3rd time for me.
