Thread: Experimenting on Melee powerups
with any powerup even though it says +8% health cost it will actualy make every special attack you do cost 8% LESS health. just a little oddity with the way things are writen but there is no such thing as a powerup that will reduce your combat effectiveness.
on another point, has anyone else noticed that melee powerups suck? in ranged powerups you can get all kinds of usefull powerups like ones that bost both max and min damage but with melee anything usefull like a speed boost or max or min dammage can only be a secondary stat while the primary mod of the powerup is something like health or actin cost or something really useless like ideal range accuracy mod.

I shall crack on with my crafting, to get the best powerup I can then save the schematic.
