Am very curious to know if two items of +15 to warcry are just as effective as four items.
I read once that the total Mod bonus is 25 so only two pieces would be needed. Can Someone confirm this?

Max you can get out of Bio Clothing is +25, anything over that will show up in your skill modifiers box but will only be waisted.

Err.. let me also clarify +25 is all you can get to a skill even if your using Bio-Clothing, Skill Tapes, and Armor Attachments.

so my +60 warcry +60 intimidate from clothes is only as good as +25?? 
(i use 4 pieces of BE clothes)

Confirmed...+25 is the maximum increase to any skill with any combination of enhancements. So if you want to max your abilities with Bio-Enhanced clothes, you may want to consider wearing just enough to give you a + 25 to intimidate and Warcry and invest in other clothes for bonuses to Bleed Defence or Melee and Stun Defence.
