best prof for killing nightsister would be master brawler/master swordsman I would say. Place to find best weapon for swordsman would depend on your server. You'll evenentually want a good damage sliced scythe and a power hammer. If you can get close to the speed cap, then look for a damage slice hammer, if not then speed sliced hammer is the way to go imo.

For Nightsisters, Definately Swordsman because of the Blast dmg that PH gives. You can actually do dmg to any NS, whereas TKM cannot
