Thread: TKM with a ? for M Brawlers

Ok, so I've been a MD(oc) for a while and I'm not dropping it. My other is TKM.
I really like TKM, but not sure if it is the best for me.
The good of TKM:
The meditation line kicks butt.
Damage mitigation....... I can tank for days as a MD/TKM ifI'm smart with food/drink for mind.
Damage/Speed......no doubt TKM's can dish out massive damage in a flash.
Unarmed Knockdown 2...... yeah, instant kd rocks
The Bad of TKM:
The meditation line kicks butt. MD! I can heal wounds with cheap packs faster that meditation, not to mention cure anything
Damage mitigation....... Again, MD, with stim e's I heal for 1000+ not too worried about taking damage
Damage/Speed......I can kill myself faster than anyone I know can. lol
Kinetic, kinetic, kinetic. one type of damage
Here is my question?:
After playing the proffession, does it have any advantages to offer me over TKM. I like the melee proffessions. What've you experienced? Thanks everyone.
fyi, I want to master the new proffesion. not so concerned with staking.

don't go Master brawler, I was thinking what you were, but master brawler really isn't worth it, tka is better for pve, and pvp. that's my opinoin.

Depends on what you want, personally, swordsman seems a better fit with Master Doc. you dont need meditation, and swordsmen still deal out as much if not more dmg, plus with scythe and Power hammer you get Blast and kinetic.

Heh Tkm/Doc, Fencer/Doc, Sword Doc, it's all good.
-PVP fencer/doc
-PVE MSword/Doc
-Tkm/Doc a good mix of both.
-Masterpike/MD good for PVE and can be good in PVP with DOT weapons.
Just my opinion though.

could always try smuggler , the ranged KD is rather handy, but its been a while since I've PvP'd with that template.

Master Brawler has some really cool stuff at the master block, but not enough to keep you from mastering your elite proffession. If you are going to keep Doctor, you will not be able to master brawler and your elite. (man I wish you could) If you are more into pve, then go Master PikeMan or SwordsMan. If you are more into pvp, then you may enjoy Fencer.

I disagree. Intimidate 2 rocks when taking on high end mobs in pve, and Lunge 2 is nice in pvp. Warcy2 is still useful to heal and regen, I have seen many that are successful using that. Plus the added acc and speed at master.
Disreguard this post, I Totally missed the fact that you did not want to give up master Doctor. Sorry.
