Brawler
Dizzy currently only works on NPCs and PCs. Using dizzy on any creature results in nothing more than than the icon appearing beside the creature's name. Is it intended that dizzy not work on creatures and is working as designed? If it is working correctly, what can we expect to make this ability useful against creatures?
Dizzy is meant for PC’s and NPC’s and not creatures. There is a slight effect, but it is minimal. This is definitely a topic we can discuss further in our upcoming Combat Balance focus threads.

thanks Mapai. At least now that we know it is "working as intended", we can work towards getting it to work as desired.

It's because creatures will always have to have some immunities, to stop people from becoming too complacent in an ability. Just like when cretures can Intimidate you for much longer than you can them.

hehe, because Jungle Vorts and other creatures that can KD/Dizzy are far more "1337" then you will ever be. Did you know lizard are pro's when it comes to template stacking.
Sheesh I though everyone knew that.
