well it seems CoB have been "fixed" as it were. infact its been water down so much i tested it, it bearly make a different now. more of pointlessly wasting my mind on it. the ratio of it kicking it dosent exceed 50% as i tested it. for people like me who invest in counter/dodge/block to max out , your normal inaate skill of having secoundary defense kick it at 125 is pretty much 50% anyways. so what is the point of CoB now?

I'm a swordman and i have to say i feel this for fencer the most. fencers main perk is that they are hard to hit, without the acklay stun baton they just dont do enough damage. we wont even go into pikeman's defences enough said. the thing that strikes me is that i didnt heard anything much about it untill it was done.

Can anyone else varifield if my testing is in the right area, and if CoB is actualy been tone down. i am certain of it as its is very obvious in my testing.

Hmm well havent tested it my self but I wouldn't be suprised in the least. In a big patch like pub 9, there has always beenlittle stealth things put in. Stuff never mentioned till after they were done. Could be an effect of the patch, IE bug or more likely a stealth nerf thrown in for the sake of SOME people have a low defence to melee stackers and need all the edge they can get. Sorry couldn't resist. They might just be implimentingsome of the stuff we will see in CB now but nothing they thought would be note wrothy. I have read in other forums of some small changes made that were never mentioned either for example disarmshot used to do alot of damage to lairs and now it does about the same as a normal shot. So basicly it was a broken special that had a positive side effect but was fixed to make it just another broken special.

I think you might be right, I dont notice any difference now with cob on/off and it used to be a difference... STEALTHNERF :/
