Thread: What weapons can be used at novice to climb each tree for master brawler?

I am going to start the climb for master brawler tonight and i am wanting to know which weapons i can use to get 1h, 2h and polearm exp with at the novice level. I am already a TKA novice so i am not worried about that, just the other 3 trees.

For 1H, you can use either the survival knife (no cert) or Dagger (cert at novice brawler).


For 2H, you can use the Heavy Axe.


For polearm, you can use the wood staff (no cert, I believe) or Reinforced Combat Staff (cert at Novice).


I may be wrong on the polearms, but I'm pretty sure that's how they work out.

You can't effectively use the Reinforced Combat Staff until you have Intermidiate Polearm. Other than that, you're correct.
