hi

i'm a rifleman and was thinking about picking up a melee prof to compliment long range combat. the thing is rifles use mindpool the most, so my stats are about 850 health, 900 action, 1000 mindpool. likewise with the secondary stats, mind stats at about 500, action at 450s and health at 400s.

i would like to go with a melee where i wouldnt have to rearrange my stats if possible, so my question is which of the advanced melee types use/require mindpool the most as their HAM cost as well as have the most dmg to mindpool ?

any adv melee users out tehre have an opinion ? Pikeman ? Swordsmen ? Fencers ?

i know its not TKAs as i got unarmed up to 4th rank and the stats necessary are exactly opposite of those of a rifleman, so rifleman / TKA is a pretty horrible and sucky combo.

still looking for input from adv melee profession peeps

Like Crixus said 2-handed sword is your best bet with rifle, because it is the only melee profession with head and mind attacks. I'm going with pistol and 1-handed because they both have body and health attacks.

FYI: mind and health attacksare (DOT) damage over time attacks

Well, Teras Kasi are eventually able to target all of the pools. However, mind is the final single stat attack, so it may not be the best for you. (Master Precision)
