Why can't Master Brawlers or Masters of the elite meleeprofessions that branch from it disarm their opponents?

If there ever was a skill that belonged to a profession it's Disarm in the Melee professions. Be awfully hard for a ranged weapons specialist to knock you flat with no weapon in their hands, eh?

Just a thought. Has this question been raised or addressed before?
