Hey, I just recently acquired Expert Polearm skill and gained "Long Vibro Axe Certification". Now i took this to mean the same thing as Vibro Lance. Am I wrong? When I equipped the Vibro Lance, it said i lacked the skill to use it properly. I looked throught the other brawler skills, but never saw "Vibro Lance Certification" in any of them.

Am I just stupid? Thanks for any help.
