Thread: Stat Migration Effective Brawler?

Hi all, I am working on my unarmed expert box, and after this patch I feel the pain of not using VK. I have to admit the VK made life way too easy at first, and wearing no armor bearable, but now thats a thing of the past.
Right now I have my (Zabrak) stats:
Health - Max
Action - Max
Mind - Max
Mind regen Maxed as much as possible
All secondary stats as low as possible.
On a white con Horned Krevol (insectlike) I do a very consistent damage of around 80 per hit, with no specials.
Finally here is my question: Did I hurt my damage output by choosing to have no secondary stats? Is there a way to increase my effectiveness?
I figured as long as I am using Stim-B my only worry is having enough Mind.

None of your stats affects your dmg output, so to answer wether you hurt that or not, it would be no.
Health = Health
Strength = Affects the cost of special moves useing health.
Constitution = Affects Health regen rate
Action = Action
Quickness = Same as Strenght, only for action instead.
Stamina = Affects Action regen
Mind = Mind
Focus = Same as Quickness, only it's for mind instead.
Willpower = Affects Mind regen rate
That's how I understand what the stats do, but I could be wrong so feel free to correct me.
What you want for stats then is a high Strength and Consitution, and as a zabrak you already have nice willpower, so throw some in stamina and quickess, if you use special moves that affects Action. Judge for your self what is needed the most.

I agree with a unarmed brawler you now need to use a lot of special moves to make up the dmg ground (which isnt always a bad thing) still.. with unarmed the majority of the special moves costs do rely heavily upon action and some health (mainly action). I would up quickness and the action bar and possibly keep the strength up as well to take less dmg to your health pool, as an unarmed fighter you dont have exessive amounts of dmg to your mind pool so its not that important to keep topped up (unless you spam med packs and other mind chewing skills). I think youll find if you drop your mind down a bit and its secondarys and up action and quickness youll be able to let out a lot more special moves, and if you up strength as well youll last a lot longer in battle.
