Seems it's broken, atleast to me. I press the hotkey for it and lose the HAM cost, yet nothing happends. I've had this happen a coupple of times now, only seen berserk work once and the dmg was as expected, lame and not worth the HAM cost.

Had this happen to traps too, so not berserk related. Throwing traps and no message no nothing, just HAM lost. I dunno might be lag, but ping aint worse then normal.

lol you think thats bad? look at Berserk2, it does the same thing as berserk1, just last longer, Not worth 75pt dmg increase. I hate you DEVs! You have ruined my fun and have turned into Nerf Bats. Give me the power to nerf as much as you, and lets see how you like playing the game!

Sigh... they really nerfed it. Beserk was the best brawler ability, but now its completly worthless. While getting master swordsmen, I used beserk 2 religously. It prevented me from using my other abilites (saved ham costs) but let me do exactly as it said it would "increase damage and speedwhile lowering defense". Now I see a paltry 75 damage increase... wooo on the mobs I face thats a 2 hp increase in damage, and I don't attack any faster than normal. I use to hit 2-3 times a second with a sliced 2-handed curved sword with an attack speed of 2.0, now its no faster than without beserek. So instead i've begun to use 2h lunge 2, and 2 handed attack 3 combo. I hit for about 3k while they are on their back, usually killing most mobs, but it barley scratches higher level ones.
