Do the defense vs. mods add up across the various Brawler specializations? For example, if I get a Defense vs Posture Change +10 from Fencer and another +10 from TKA does my Defense vs Posture Change now equal +20 always?

If the above holds true, is there any upper limit on the maximum defense?

Also, what does +20 mean? Does that mean I have a 20% of not having my posture be adjusted when I'm hit with a posture change attack? Would +100 mean I'd never have my posture adjusted?
