Thread: Wednesday patch broke /follow?

As a melee fighter, I use /follow to keep me near the mob I'm attacking. Today's patch seems to have changed how /follow works. When I hit the /follow button, I now start running in the direction of the cursor, NOT the direction of the mob. If I turn and get close to the mob, I slow down and stop when near it. If the mob moves away, I again start running in the direction of the cursor, NOT towards the mob. While running in this manner, the "move towards cursor" button on my mouse DOES NOT cause me to stop running. This happens with the /follow button, and also when I use any macros I've made that include follow.

Anybody else having problems with this? Is there some other technique melee fighters use to attack mobs and stay with them?

I had a similiar problem when I accidently turned on theCamera Follow mode (the Numpad period key).

After I turned it off, /follow returned to normal.

I noticed that also, all though when I was a few feet from a MOB it would currect it self. noramally having to make a 90deg turn.
