Thread: Anyone else have this good melee pve template?

Been working on this template for about a week and i've found it to be one of the best loot whore templates out there (melee wise) :
Master hvy swordsmen-Your main fighting skill (most thingsare hittable by blast which is the PH also AP3)
Master fencer- mitigation 3 and high melee defenses for pve
Master Brawler- warcry 2 for pausing a ns elder/krayt for 20 seconds to heal yourself hehe and intimadate 2
Tka 4-0-0-2 - Meditate line for healing wounds and diseases etc also for the extra mind from PB adv. power striking to cap on your melee defenses
Novice Medic- Get sum uber stim b's and you should be able to stay alive
Also, get yourself sum 89 or 90% kinetic comp armor since armor holes have been fixed youre gonna be pretty unstoppable lol.

Heh that's a very good template !! Independant and powerful in both PvE and PvP.
Just a little thing the PH is AP2 not AP3 =)

Here mine , master swordman , master fencer , master bralwer , tka 4003 and pikeman 0020 , this is a very good template for PVP and PVE and has very high defences most times i get KD i get up even when dizzy , now i have no medic but that doesnt matter as im buffed at all times , and if my health are other ham gets to low i can warcry 2 and heal

I got that templete. Except you can get 4/0/0/3 tka for the extra def. Also the PH is only AP2 but still a great weapon. Get yourself some two hand speed attachments and your good to go.

Master Brawler, TK Master, Master Swordsmen, Ex-Master Fencer now 4400, Novice Pikemen with a few skill points left over.

These are all very good templates. I have a few questions though:
Why master both fencer and swordsmanwhen you only need one for mitigation 3? Is this because you want fencer for pvp and swordsman for pve? I am leaning towards only mastering swordsman for offense and dabbling in the others for defense because having two for offense seems redundant.
Also a question about having medic...what is better, to have access to stim Ds but no speed and no efficacy with them, or all speed and efficacy with only stim Bs?
Finally, why isn't swordsman better at pvp, if it hits the mind pool?

Not bad, however I'd suggest dropping tka 4003 in favor of 4300. You get a few extra defense vs state which more then makes up for your 20less ranged and 24(it caps at 125) melee defense. I use to have this template and was unstoppable in pve and I did really well in pvp(not much you can do to stop poison/disease unless you are a doc).

I am now a Master Swordsman, Master Fencer, working on master brawler and TKA 4003. WIth master fencer and master swordsman, it is so far the best template for both p v p and p v e. In P v P Swordsman does insane amount of damge to people who has no melee defence and melee migat. (Rifleman Base Enemies). With Good armors and good buffs, this template is a walk tank.

With Defence Acuity, it gives players better chace to dodge, counterattack or block enemy's attacks. Personally I think 4003 template is better than 4300.
