Greetings,
I have given up on the hologrind and find myself drawn to Brawler above all.
As I build my templete I have a good grasp on all MOD's except the ones mentioned in subject.
Can someone shed a light for me on these particular abilities?
Thanks Much!

Mitagation lessens the range spread of enemy damage.
Mitagation 3 is 60% I beleive.
Like an attack that does 10-110damage would do like 10-50 damage.
An attack of 100-110 would only be lessened to like 100-104.
Not exactly sure, but its something like this.

Mitigation lessens the range of damage from a gun
Acuity increases your chance to successfully dodge, block, or counterattack an attack
Equilibrium is a skill only zabraks possess. It evens out your ham if one pool gets really low.

Mitigation works like Majineko said it does, but melee mitigation only workswhen someone ro something is hitting you with melee damageand rangedmitigation only works when someone is hitting you with a ranged weapon.Defensive accuity is a chance to dodge, counterattack or block but only works when you have a vk or no weapon equiped. Equilibrium , which I am assuming you mean combat equilibium and not the zabrak race specific skill, is a chance to automatically recover from a force posture change, IE a kd or posture change down/up whatever the case may be.

Specifically, Mitigation I is 20% reduction, Mitigation II is 40% reduction, and Mitigation III is 60% reduction. Mitigation only works when you have a weapon of that type equipped.. many people don't know this and waste Master Rifle/Master Swords templates by using a power hammer against a mob hitting them with a ranged attack. You can never be using both ranged mitigation and melee mitigation at the same time, so if you are both a master ranged and a master melee profession you will probably want to switch back and forth depending on what your opponent uses.
I imagine what you care most about is the effectiveness.. Defensive Acuity is *very* effective. I highly recommending picking up 0004 TKA even if that's all the tka you ever get, it makes any of the other melee professions a MUCH better tanker.
I haven't noticed Combat Equilibrium to be very useful at all, the only situation where you really care that much seems to be when you are dizzy/KD and then I think your KD resist is what enables you to stand up mainly. Combat Equilibrium could be useful I guess vs. a carbineer but I wouldn't put much concern into it.
