Thread: Is Beserk really usefull?

Other than for getting unarmed 1 to 4 boxes in brawler? Considering u cant do any specials whit it.


And is Beserk 2 usefull? other than maybefor geting novice TKM.

I use it when my ham is getting low ( usually mind) . It does nice damage forthe ham cost over time( beserk 2 lasts forever)

I rarely if ever use it. Personally, I think using berserk should clear the Intimidate state andmake Intimidate impossible to land while it's up. If you've become so enraged that you're running headlong into your opponent while completely ignoring your own defense, it seems unlikely that a menacing scowl is going to have much effect on you. Since you'd still be locked out of specials, it's not something that would really have much effect on PvP. It would bring your damage up a bit from the intimidated state, but you'd still be doing nowhere near the level of damage you'd be capable ofif you were using specials, and you'd be unable to inflict any status changes yourself.

Thats a great idea... I always thought that brawlers ought to have some kind of defense vs intimidate...even if they have to go berserk to do it.

A very good idea. A bezerk person should be immune to most state effects. That is their bonus along with damage for their lack of defense.
