I shouted for acouple of hoursoutside of several spaceports and got no takers on training. Any ideas on how to get the apprenticeship points?

How does trading in Faction Points for xp's work?

The best way is to find someone else who needs AP points as well. Thentake turns to teach each other either ranged support 1 or hunting 1. In a big group hunting group you will get loads of scout xp and can easily get the AP points you need.

Ranged support 1 uses up combat xp so isn't quite as good.

Just hang out in Theed and Coronet, just because there are lots of people there. If you're lucky it doesn't take that long, but you might not be so lucky.

Also, Mos Eisly is currently the only city where new players can start. It's flooded with noobs. Go there and there will be tons of people needing training in startinf proffessions.

If you're feeling generous, then take some noobs out hunting to get their first few levels and train them.

Join a faction. Go to a recruiter. Select "I'd like to train." Select the type of XP you want to train in (not every kind of XP is trainable, and I don't think apprentice is). A screen pops up with a slider, on one side is how many faction points above 200 you have, and the other side is how many XP points you want. You get 1 XP for 1 faction point. Adjust it so it's set to trade in however much FP for XP you want and click OK.

Also, if you don't know this already - you can train any skill that you know. So don't limit yourself to training brawler skills (which aren't as commonly needed). Adding in some marksman, scout, or medic training may get you farther.

You would be surprised how many people will seek YOU out for bralwer training. once you have that master brawler title, people will notice and ask for training. I have a Master bralwer/ Master medic and he has more apprentice points than he could possibly ever use, plus he never has to spam.

If you have the skill points to spare, pick up ranged support 1. then ask around for anyone who can give you AP points by relearning it. if you have lots of banked combat exp, you can easily find somebody to trade AP with at a spaceport. it goes like this: you train them ranged support 1, they unlearn it, you train them again. rinse and repeat until the desired amount of AP is reached. you get 20 AP for each train, at a cost of 300 combat exp (equivalent to 1 quenker). it takes under 20000 combat exp to get 1240 AP, which, if you already have a master elite, isnt that hard to get at all.
