I was leveling up in Unarmed for Smuggler and when I was useing Beserk I often found that I would click Beserk and that it would cost me HAM about 111 points but that I wouldnt go Beserk, sometimes this could hapen 3 times in a row in a battle so I would lose a total of 333 HAM which is not good, is this a known bug or is it new?

It is not broken nor is it a bug. Intimidate, Berserk, and Warcry all have a certain chance to succeed or not. You still lose HAM, but sometimes the skill fails. When you use any of these three commands, you're gambling on getting the effect you want.
