PVP:

Tk specials: Unarmed hit 3, headhit, the specials that give states (stun etc) bodyhit, KD2

and of course warcry2 intim2

PVE:

specials: for grinding spin2 and i guess Unarmed hit 3 for msot damage output and of course intim2 if you are fighting tougher mobs

Macro's:

/xxx name of special you want to do;
/pause 1; (if you are tkm a bit higher if you are still grinding it)
/macro grind;

and call the macro grind so it loops
