Thread: How am I supposed to grind unarmed 1-4?!

I just went through this grind, and yes it takes forever to do.
Somethings I have learned.
Warcry and Intimidate are your friend. Use them always.
Center of Being is important in early fighting.
Do NOT spam Stun and Blind. They deal out relatively light damage for the HAM you pay to use them.
Instead, use Attack + Berserk. This deals a heavier damage, and with Intimidate.
When I am going to unarm melee, I start with Center of Being, then Intimidate, and throw a trap.
I use stun and blind, then attack, then berserk and attack.
This has been failry consistent for me.

Do you have low speed VKs? If not get some, hopefully sliced below 1.6 or so. And yes, it's one of the more annoying grinds in the game. Good luck!

can i use vibro knuckles for unarmed 4 and tk novice? (need that too)
I was under the impression that you certify for it at novice

Your not CERTIFIED til novice tka..but you can still wear em. Damage is a little lower, but the speed makes up for it. Just get some DMG powerups and you will be set.

It's soooooooooooooo sllooooooooooow.
I'be got a pistol template, and need to get unarmed 1-4 so i can go onto smuggler. But i need help and advice as to how I can grind this tree in a way that won't sap hours away from my life. Hell I probably grinded mpistol in less time then where im at now (about 2k into unarmed 4).
Plain and simple it sucks. I'l buff myself, armor up. Watever cash is not a variable. But pleassseee helppp meeeeee.

Well i'd suggest you get some ubese or composite buff up and get yourself some speed sliced vks. Find a static spawn of some 2-3k ham npcs. Pull one out at a time and intimidate and use berserk you should get about 1k or more xp per kill. They won't take long to take down as long as they're intimidated. Theres a few nice spawn points around Rori. Search the forums i'm sure the exact waypoints are posted somewhere.

Berserk is your friend.
A good speed sliced VK is your next best friend (as mentioned above, although you aren't certified for it you can equip it and increase your attack speed)

You know what we need here? ONE MORE person to post the EXACT SAME thing about speed sliced VK's and beserk...
