Find enemies that don't help each other out and are relativly weak then take two missions in the same direction with lairs of those critters. Keep refreshing until you get two. You can easily get enough money to buy training soon enough and be able to take on some harder stuff. Good luck.

I have a brawler i started as shown in the subject line, and I'm trying to earn some money. I am ready to level 1 unarmed and 1 handed combat, but I need some cash to do it.People dont seem to want to train, I keep getting people telling me "Earn some money and pay a trainer". Anyway, I have been trying to do destroy missions, and It seems they are all about killing minocs. I have killed tons of them, but whenever I kill off every one in site, and attack the lair, like 4 more spawn. I can't seem to go toe to toe with 4 and destroying the lair doesn't work because they repair it too fast. What can I do, should they spawn so fast?

Any advice for earning some cash?

I did missions doesnt matter what kind althought destroy are the most lucrative.Missions made me enought money to train, buy a house, furnish it, get the best weapons, and still have a nice nest egg. I am continuing to do missions for both the money and great exp. I hope to reach smuggler by this weekend.

Don't grab the highest paying missions you can get either. I personally found that grabbing 2 high paying fedex missions in anchorhead for the alliance usually landed both in the same city. You gotta get 2 that are really close in reward though.

As for destroy missions, I hit the lair one time and then stop. Declare peace on it and then kill whatever spawns. Hit it once again and so on and so on. I hit harder though with 2 handed melee so I can take it out faster. Sometimes you can hit a lair 2 or 3 times befor it spawns again. Just for the love of your self dont bash the lair repetedly, you will get swarmed haha. I found that out the hard way on my first destroy mission.

Training, I always do for free. Someday I'll want to master a profession and I'll need the apprentice xp so I look at that as payment enough. Those people who won't train you are gonna be begging to get people to learn skills from them later.

The above post is really good advice. Sometimes if I am feeling reckless / crazy (I am a Brawler afterall ) I will rush a lair, go berserk, and just try to destroy it then burst run away. Doesn't always work out too well hehe

Thanks for all the really good advice. It has really helped when attacking lairs. Also I found you can make some pretty quick money by taking 2 delivery missions to a different town on the same planet. Also, be sure you buy planetary shuttle transport tickets instead of the more expensivegalactic travel ones (imade that mistake the first time). The system will let you buy galactic tickets to the same planet. You can buy a round trip planetary shuttle ticket to a city 9000m away for roughly 210 credits. If you buy the galacticones they will cost you double that or more.
