Thread: Brawl XP made easy
I dont know if this is an Exploit or not. In my opinion its not since Brawl skill is rediculous. For the first 3 levels of brawl i was soloing, or in groups getting about 100 xp points per kill. Useually in groups we would come accross a nest and everyone would kill all 20 mobs while i was still chopping away on 1 mob for a crappy 200 xp for unarmed.
Well the other day i was soloing and happen to try a trick. What i did was i shot the mob with /healthshot 2 ( which is a Bleed Dot). So anyways i shot the mob with healthshot, then clicked my weapon off. When the Mob came up to me i procedded to use my brawl skills. The mob dies super fast cause its bleeding. Guess what i recieve full xp for the Mob. I was getting about 10,000 xp every half hour. This would prop work with Healthshot 1 also, but the bleed effect will not be as great.
Put your weapon in your hotbar so you can un-equipt it easier.
If this is an exploit, then alls i have to say is the developers better get busy and fix these bugs in the game. Alot of stuff is driving me nuts. Final Fantasy XI is looking really good.
Yeah, I did this on Ahzi. I would bleed with both shots then hit the mob and run away, burst run to get away while it bleed to death and all the xp goes to the last weapon that inflicted damage.
I felt wrong and that is why I have started over on Bria. Doing it the hard way.
But, I have been using drugs (omg). SPice and first aid 2 keep me going. I am at 3/4/4/4 and only need 46k more in unarmed 4. I like Naboo for xp. can get 373 for white coned mobs.
ok... you've got a few things wrong...
xp works like this:
dmg by A/total dmg = xp for A
dmg by B/total dmg = xp for B
dmg by C/total dmg = xp for C
combat xp = 10% of xp
BLEED/POISON/DOT attacks DO NOT count for damage/xp calcs... so if you ONLY bleed something, you get zero xp, and no loot or harvest rights. if you bleed something, and do ONE point of dmg unarmed, you get the FULL xp for that creature, as unarmed. if you bleed something, do one point of dmg unarmed, then spam warning shot for 1 point of dmg, 9 times... you will get 10% unarmed, 90% pistol xp.
if you bleed something, and do 1 point of unarmed, 9 points of pistol, and someone else does 10 points of, say grenade dmg... you get 5% unarmed, 45% pistol. they get 50% combat xp. the loot rights would go to the person that did one extra point of dmg somewhere in there.

YOU ONLY GET XP IF YOU ARE WITHIN 80 METERS OF THE MOB WHEN IT DIES, and
YOU ONLY GET XP IF YOU ARE NOT A CORPSE (yes, incaps still give xp)
Do all brawlers have healthshot or will i need to join some other profession to do that
Well if you want a better trick
then head outside of Coronet and find a group of Light blue or dark blue cons and make sure there hostile towards you! -5000 faction points work!
then just stand where they spawn and kill them! when loot bodies and kills the spawns!
then when your sick of doing that (takes me about 5minutes) just turn off your monitor and go watch TV, take a nap, Get some food or take a 6 hour jog or longer! when ya come back either 1 of 3 things happened!
1. you got slain but not before you rack up 3-4k of unarmed EXP without touching your keyboard!
2. you got logged out. but not before you rack up 3-4k of unarmed exp
3. Your still alive still logged on and Still racking up unarmed EXP! i knocked out Unarmed 4 in 2 nights doing this! i got 15k one night and 35k another! got the already had the rest when i started! this free's up your time to work on other things that aren't as boring or silly as Unarmed 4 with its MASSIVE EXP jump!
