Well after about a week of solid play...over time, not all at once hehe...I am closing in on master brawler.

I know I am going to go TK with him, but I am undecided as to what else to take.

Trying to decide between swordsman and pikeman. I had thought all along to go pikeman mainly because i was TK novice and almost to pikeman when they did the last big player wipe in beta. But as I worked on 2 hand sword IV i was thinking hrm...this is rather cool too.

But now I am leaning to pikeman again...thoughts?

Personally, I'm going to master swordsman. I hated polearms because I kept missing and found it very frustrating. Perhaps you should check the pikeman boards and see what they say.

That really depends. Do you want to be useful or do you want to look cool? If you want to look cool swinging your polearm go and take pikeman! Of course, while you are looking cool, you'll be missing cooly too. I'm a master pikeman, I do 220 health to myself for one swing with polearmhit 3 with a lva (and I maxed my stamina at 500) and I'ld say I still miss once every four swings. Swordsman can do mind damge which is really good for pvp.

Now that the patch is out, pikeman accuracy is pretty much fixed. Not to mention we get better blocking stats and some more stuff. We also look the coolest when we fight.

I really wouldn't say accuracy is fixed at all. We miss a lot, same as before the publish.

Well it seems swordsman is the more logical choice.

But then again my main char is a rifleman so I guess I am a glutton for punishment.

I will check out the pikeman and swordsman forums and see what happens.

I have noticed a lot of misses already with the long vibro axe while im working on polearms IV.

2h swords complement rifles much better (mind damage.)

Well I still have 3 boxes to fill to get master brawler (unarmed, 1h and polearm IV) so I'll make that decision when I get there.
