Thread: Unarmed Brawler -> TKA is just like real life :)

When I go to sparring class in karate, I have long drawn out fights and take lots of damage from it. At the end, I'm out of breath (low health bar), bruised (low action bar),and tired (low mind bar). With all the sparring gear (armor) on, I'm even more weakened afterwards. Recovery time is huge (a day or two for soreness to go away). It takes a long time to build up your skills, I've been at it for years and I'm not a black belt (novice TKA) yet. Once I make black belt (novice TKA) I'll have to train even harder and with tougher people to get better.

I'd say they did a good job making the brawler->tka tree realistic.

From what I hear it gets a bit easier once you make TKA. You hit harder dodge better.

Oh I wasn't complaining, just pointing out how realistic it is, and how much of a geek I am that I equate things in my real life to SWG. Honestly, I think the brawlerpath SHOULD be more difficult then the marksman path.

when u get ur black belt just dont forget to stand still when fighting if u still wanna follow realism of brawler skill and tka because well u cant run and fight

Also, instead of backing up one inch, you need to turn around, run 1 inch, then turn back around.

Nah, I play life in first-person view, so there no turning around in my case.

ummm no it's not like real life...in your class your "sparring" your pretend fighting to train and improve your skills as a fighter figure out ok this tactic didn't work maybe if i do this

in a fight it's life or death and lasts only a few seconds first person to make a mistake dies...thats a fight...

but the road to TKA is tough as it should be...when you mow through groups of enemies as a master attacking all three of their pools to toy with them before striking the incap blow...bowing and finishing them off....and leaving them pissed the hell off as they load to the cloning center

now if they would take away from the action pools more then your health pools i'd be a happy man...
