OK so I was currently useing a ryyk blade with a damge of like 29-111 and an attack speed of like 4.0. I saw another sword called a ryyk blade mk II that had a damge of like 54-135 and an attack speed of 3.3. So I bought it, now I am veary confused, whenever I am attacking with the new blade and try to use a one handed special move it tells me i cannot use that move with that weapon. Also with my old blade i would hit things for over 400 points of damage with this new blade that has a way higher damage stat i can't hit anything for over 90, can someone please help me out?

Question 1: When you armed it, did it tell you that you don't have the necessary skill and that damage with it would be greatly reduced?
Question 2: When you use it, does your character use 2 hands to swing it?
Just a couple of thoughts. If you aren't able to use it because it's actually a type of blade that's above your certifications, you'll barely do damage with it. If it's actually a 2-handed weapon, same deal.
Other than that, you got screwed.
Question 2: When you use it, does your character use 2 hands to swing it?

Fist no it did not ask me that or indicate that i could not use it, secondly no my charecter swung it with one hand, I think it might have something to do with the mk II if anyone knows what that means?

it might just be a designation that the crafter made... was this a drop or something someone made for you? because the only thing i can think of is what the guy above mentioned, that its a 2h weapon or something

no, I know for a fact that it is not a 2 handed weapon because while i had it equiped i tried to do 2 handed special moves and it wouldn't let me, I bought it from a player vendor, I think it has something to do with the mk II that is on the name of the sword if anyone knows what that means?

The MKII is probably just a name tag he/she stuck on it to indicate that he/she has improved the design by making if faster with higher damage than his/her previous models, I wouldn't think it would have any effect on the ability to use the weapon.
