ok. If you havn't heard it yet i am suprised. This is about the scene in the movie where the swordsman confronts indy at the end of the bridge an eligantely displays his mastery of the sword. A simple smirk by indy and he whips out his pistol rather easily one shot killing the swordsman. Funny? yes. True? sure why not.
Now i here this often when an argument ensues about melee vs. ranged, but what i never here in response is, " Didn't Indy beat the crud out of several ranged opponents through-out his entire movie collection with his BARE fists?" WTH. Did everyone using the previous stated scene forget about his whip? I will also add that it was melee, and he took out quite a few pistoleers with it.
And finally, this is SWG, not Indianna jones. We all know that, but if an argument begins to take the "Remeber in indy" theme, set them striaght. Sorry if i burned away 30 seconds of your time (no sarcasm intended), but i do here this bs quite often and i thought we could get rid of this lame excuse for ranged to say they should be better all the time.
